This happens to me, I haven't slept without some assistance in years, be it weed, sleeping pills, whatever.

Except I don't know why, if it is unresolved issues then they are going to stay unresolved because I don't even know what they are, but something stops me from sleeping tho, I just can't put my finger on what exactly it is. Sometimes I get freaked out because I realise that I am going to be inside my own head forever, and the only time I will get out of it is when I die, and I feel trapped, and I have to smoke something to chill out...but I don't know why that thought bothers me so much because I don't know what it is that makes my head so fucked up, I just know something is not correct. This only happens at night though, when I am trying to sleep.
