Due Dates:

• Verses are due Monday,
  July 15th, 2013 @ 11:59 PM PST.
• Check Ins are due Friday, July 12th, 2013 @ 11:59 PM PST
• Voting ends Thursday, July 18th, 11:59 PM PST.
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are normally 24 hours
  (unless requested otherwise, that is),
  can be no longer than 48 hours
  and have to be granted by your opponent.

Line Limit:

• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 16 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both. If no line agreement is made you CANNOT go above 16 lines

General Rules:

• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
  linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
  means you will disqualified.
• A check in IS mandatory.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
  must match the 1st person's line amount.

Liked the verse. That opener was dope af. I liked the CBS line because it was worded perfectly but didn't hit hard.city boys is a maybe to me. Liked the concept. But doing two 'fucking your girl' punches in a row was weak to me. Capers was cool and closer was solid.

Also a good verse. The limited parent company was smooth to me. Buxom could've been nice but the wording was really awkward. Strict confidence could've hit harder but nice idea. Wallaby was funny and cholera was clever. Abort children was statementish and simple and the quote thing was just weird.

I reread each verse after submitting that vote and doms middle section is too weak for me. Strikes punches that hit were more direct. Close ass battle, close enough I had to reconsider.

seen flush one before but it's a nicely worded personal. CBS is played. minor was alright. rest in the eyes was kind of gay. string to the side was dope and clever. eh at the next one. capers was cool, nice nameplay. closer was cool, nothing crazy.

dope battle, close. 6 vs 5 in doms favor for quotes, and some of his hits were harder. striktas pull a string to the side line was dope though makes it an edge close decision but Dom was just more consistently above average

dope stuff. found dom to be more consistent throughout with a little better on quotes and that edges it for me. but striks wording was untouchable, just had his share of old ideas that made it a little less effective

Dom had wallaby, parent company and cholera. Solid verse. Opener was wworded weird coulda been quoted otherwise. Wasn't feeling the rest lol hated the quote line. Solid tho.

Strik had flush, minor disappearance, city bus and the code joint. City bus was crazzzzy. The CBS wp was said on reasonable doubt tho so that's how old that wordplay is lol i appreciate the relevant twist. Didn't like dom capers and didn't get the closer honestly. Still a nice verse with LOTB.


STRIK HAD AN EXTRA QUOTABLE. BOTH HAD BAD MISSES IMO. BUT STRIK GOT HIM. HAD LOTB. BAD STUFF WAS EVEN. GOOD STUFF EDGED STRIK TO MR.
