how do you judge intelligence here? I'm assuming IQ bc that's literally the context, and as far as I'm aware dude doesn't have over 150 or so, which would only put him in "highly gifted", certainly not smartest.

"Savant" comes from a woman who had like 220, and there's someone on record with almost 300 (like actually witnessed and recorded).

Musk is smart, and probably in the 99th percentile - numerically, living, close to smartest though.

I would say he can access as much brain compacity as possible, his engineers has to be pretty damn smart too.
