Think y'all might have had your bells rung one too many times.

Every day for 2 hours or so I just have my son slam his head into trees or lunge at slow moving (5-10mph) vehicles in our neighborhood. It's cool, though. He wears a helmet and I've taught him proper technique so he won't start to exhibit CTE symptoms until I'm dead.
