I won't even pretend I know how to decode this. I'm not even sure there is anything to decode. There maybe be an underlying theme of what Geno mentioned above, but realistically speaking this piece was written in such away that anything and everything could mean 10,000 different things. However, that doesn't mean it was bad. There is actually some high level artistry hidden beneath the debris of jargon. Lines I really liked. For instance...

"hug the coconutskin antenna goat"

The fuck does that even mean? I have no clue. But it's abstract and read surreal like a Basquiat painting translated into words.

"dont try to understand me you couldn't overstand gravity"

And it seems we've found some common ground.

That's a dope interconnected and juxtaposition of images.

Overall this was a scrambled, incoherent, meaningless, but strangely enough ... truly fascinating piece of art. Cool beans. Keep pushing the boundaries of creativity. I dig your shtick.
