I can guarantee no one would think about an obscure band no one really knows unless your that deep in the music.

So when a casual fans looks at your album title it’s not city and color that comes to minds.

You meant "irrelevant" because "redundant" would mean I'm doing an unnecessary action more than once after the first sufficed. So if you're talking about the fact that it's an obscure reference to a certain band that NO ONE knows about, maybe you're right.
