crisp outside, softer moister centre, usually bites off in chunky pieces
has a spiced flavour to it they prob add cant really think of anything to compare it to other than falafel (maybe?) texture-wise its one of those you just need to eat it and not overthink what youre gourging on i reckon you would like it its like a salami sausage crossed with a liver taste grill/fry them up with some eggs gorgeous
