i see what the controversy is about. king karaoke came with a decent but subpar to his normal standards verse. he didn't really have any misses to me, but a lot of his bars were more jabs than the haymakers im used to seeing from him. i had sonny d, bad bar, and closer as quotes.

sonnydaze was more hit or miss to me. he definitely had the lotb with with the second graders and his closer was right on par with kk's. the difference is that he had a few bars that i just wasn't feeling at all. the tongue depressor shit was lame to me. the chief judge bar wasn't really worded hard. wrap your head around a gash in your skull? that is setup backwards to me.

i think this is definitely one of the biggest examples of style differences on the sites determining votes. misses count a lot against you over here, and maybe that isn't the case on RMBVA. consistency is as important as having some dope bars, that's the whole point of having a battle that's 16 bars instead of 4. i can see the argument either way, but im gonna vote the way i feel, and i just don't think sonny brought enough bars here to win. karaoke had more quotes and few misses, tho i must respect sonny for the skill shown in the bars that hit. esp. that second grader shit that goes hard.
