@Dancake depends on what you mean man. Obviously you can be a great athlete with meat in your diet. Its a good source of protein. But there's nothing extra about it that you can't get with a vegan diet. Plus it reduces your bad cholesteral, lowers blood pressure, and depending on what you're eating it can prevent disease

Plus cooking anything gets rid of most of its nutrients.

I mean that parts more for cooked vegetables. Protein values stay similar but most b vitamins drop the longer you cook something like beef.

just think of all the rodents and bunnys killed by tractors and other farming equipment when harvesting your lettuce in the future. know that the blood isnt only on my hands. mouth. and stomach.

Yeah I don't support big business when it comes to vegetables either. i attempt to only give money to local farms that do their best to stay out of natures course. Eating in season. Letting bugs and rodents and small animals take care of each other and minimizing the need for any pesticides or herbicides.

There's really nothing to understand except i do my best to only put beneficial things in my body and i dont eat animal products.
