you split the mcdouble in half, take the mcchicken out of it's buns and place it in between the burgers, you then take off the top half of the main bun and place the small fries on top

With protection just means u keep the buns from both samiches

Word tho.....i had a mcgangbang or 2 in my day......ordered it by name a few times.....never had any1 actually know what it was.....made me sad.
