Hmm good choice, do you want a strong color? Or if it was to be my first time I would prefer no color or odor. The holy water approach would work best for beginners imo. Easier for her to get use to as well, gives the illusion of water. I'd say drink a gallon or so before the showering begins. I really wish you the best of luck in this endeavor my friend.
