To dear diary this, I honestly didn't guest this site much in my self-glorified absence. At first the weaning was difficult. Well, let me start at the beginning. This all began with the now legendary AIM chats between myself, Certain, Witty, big baby, Fig, Split, and CopyPat. We're cool people, because we AIM chat over our text rap forum bond in 2014. Anyways, one night I was drunk, like many a night. I had previously felt the inkling of lameness over my commitment to this site. So a number of factors melded together to lead me to publicly leaving this site. My level of alcohol consumption. The level of low level faggotry the board was experiencing (I now see that with Muff's continued posting and Clayton being a thing now that it's only gotten worse). Losing money at blackjack. Split Eight intimating that if he was my age on this board he'd kill himself. It's as if something in my central nervous system snapped, with all these factors. I started making topics, with my drunken fingers. I posted 'Easy Rider' by Action Bronson a lot. I gave my closing remarks as if it was a funeral. Things were said. I left. I really did leave, bros.

I will say that I ghosted to start, like I said. GOOD LORD BROS, IF THERE WAS A NETCEES-TINE PATCH, I WOULD'VE WORN IT. But there isn't, so I didn't. I immersed myself in Chess and alcohol and work and things. Eventually, I really did stop coming here. Period. Then, a week or so (?) after that happened I realized it. This is the relapsing moment that every addict knows. When the absence becomes obvious, known again. Then the itch came.

What if Bags had a heretofore unknown STD?

What if big baby was literally fighting Hush in real life on liveleak?

What if Knuck was black?

So I opened my browser. I typed in the letter 'n'. Chrome filled in the rest. Like a black youth on the corner, Chrome. "Just click it, Dan". "I got that fire, Dan."

You know me too well, Chrome.

So I did. And what was I to find? Fifteen Clayton topics. Muff triple posting posts that didn't deserve being posted at all. The Open Mic dying; great pieces being unfed. The AOWL dying.

I won't lie to you, I cried that day, bros.

But I held off. I didn't make a new account, no. I ghosted every few days. It only got worse. But I held strong. You've quit, Dan. Ok, I've quit.

But then...
