The homie got me on this 110 pushup thing. Its like burnouts.
Go from 10-1, 1-10 I did 110 the first time and had a good pump. Most the time when im just doing them because i'll get to 60 or 70 before stopping, but I definitely do them more often. Do crunches and shit the same way. Still should bench. I need to quit fucking around and get a curl bar. |

Been doing bodyweight shit in between runs and every other Saturday is a speed workout Do two sets each of squats, pushups, dips, lunges, bicycles, and planks for this # reps in a circuit Mon: 20 Wednesday: 25 Thursday: 30 Saturday: 35 then the following week, bump up your Monday by 5 reps and do the same progession When you plateau, take it back down to 20 but for 3 sets. Idk it's been working for me

yeah, pyramid pushups. A better version of those are doing shoulder presses after each one, so one push up, one shoulder press, two pushups, two shoulder presses, so on. But I don't do 10 twice, I hit 10 once and then go back down. I don't do them with weight though, the shoulder press, breaks up lactic buildup, so you wont get tired doing the same repetitive workout.
