Embarrassing question...
Been curling these dumbbells and am at the point where these 50 pounds are pretty easy so I'm like I should start doing push-ups more often to get my chest a lil strong and all that shit. I was only able to do 10 before I needed a rest!!!! Wtf??? Granted I'm 6'2 250 and know it's more weight I'm still disappointed. Help me understand what the hell going on. I have no weight bench tho I wish I did, the only thing I have is these dumbbells and my own body weight. Is there a way to get my strength up more with just these tools? Troll to a minimum but of course I expect it.....fuck u seyance!!!!!

Go from 10-1, 1-10 I did 110 the first time and had a good pump. Most the time when im just doing them because i'll get to 60 or 70 before stopping, but I definitely do them more often. Do crunches and shit the same way. Still should bench. I need to quit fucking around and get a curl bar. |
