Any bro worth his ballsack has done 21s on his Bicep. Who has done front squats with a hold at the bottom of rep 6, 11, 15, 18, 20, and 21? Holds correspond to rep # in seconds ie 6 second first hold, 5 second hold next etc.
This is less strenuous on your knees and stimulates gains try it !!!!!
