I would say several variations of calf raises would be the way to go. I would say the most affective is donkey calf raises, standing and sitting calf raises are good as well and my favorite is the leg press calf raise mostly because I feel I can get the heaviest weight on there.
I haven't been to the gym like I should...I've been on my fatty game. -_- |
