21 days of being on your grind. Oh it's summer you bemoan? Think about some fly shit you could be doing next summer if you maxed your potential. My summers are spent traveling, I'll be in Taiwan beginning of Sept.

If any of you live in a state that gets snow and you're scrapping ice off your car in -19F weather in the winter say fuck that!! Travel in the winter. Be a person of value.

Mental - learn a new language, instrument, read books, expand your mind
Spiritual - meditation, prayer, introspection

If you think 21 consecutive days is a bit much try 3 days at a time then break on the 4th and repeat.
