yeah, it is tough, i usually just pull ideas when its first announced then start writing and putting actual verses together in the three weeks leading up to it
i tend to write in a way thats its easy to remember how it comes together for me so thats not so much a problem i co-organise the events though too so its a lot to bring together at a short time
