I've attempted to engage him in conversation and find common ground, and after pages of his defensive ego, he eventually caved a little. You can't embrace people who don't want to be embraced.

What was your point? That I called him a nerd, and what I've said here is contradicted by that? It isn't. There's no snarky retort. What you're trying to imply just isn't true. You're kind of stupid.
