i read an article about the ravens last year, they gave a bunch of non essential dudes rings, like the guy who is there main reporter/writer. all the staff got rings
but waterboys/toweldudes didnt get anything pretty much everyone else did, but the way the article put it, steve bisciotti was super generous, most owners only have rings made for actual coaches and players pretty much every staff member got one in baltimore tho
