totally wrong bro...u completely ignored the counter effect of seratonin increases in the L7 receptors...while cigarettes do have a measurable impact on dopamine this is probably much closer related to a build-up of 5HTP in the pre-frontal cortex...tho tbh either scenario is gonna affect the post synaptic threshold potential in the limbic system an likely have an effect on myelin conductivity thru the motor cortex...
