I havent had any recently.
But theres a guy that goes to my gym that looks like you.....but hes stringer and has bigger muscles obv. I am getting endlessly diesel.....as u may have guessed. Tho i think i need to just bite the bullet and start eating hardcore. |

A fun thing happened today.
Me: My arm is partially hyperextended, so go easy on it dude. Anything else is fair game. Training partner who regularly has no self control when frustrated: Forces an armbar from S mount on bad arm and cranks it. So yeah I am out of commission for a bit. I changed quickly and did a storm off. Then gobbled codeine and beer. LIG.

Some girl was doing dumbbell deadlifts or some sort of thing in the free weight area tonight. Stupid small weight. She was wearing yoga pants. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
Word I get a gut pretty easily. It's usually worth it in the end if you know how to cut down weight afterwards.

I was fat when i hated myself and didnt go to the gym Im not really worried about cutting the weight eventually I dont think cardio is hard realky......just boring as fuck Those yoga pants doe. I've never hit on a girl in the gym. As a young Cake, wide eyed trying to get swoll, I saw dudes hitting on girls in the gym and it always was so obvious and creepy. Also I'm usually anti-social in the gym anyways. I'm relatively confident the group of arabs who always go there when I do hate the fuck out of me.

Me and ur body double shared a bro moment a few times at the gym Our first date was.when he asked me to spot him for a bench..... Then today i was stalking him to finish uo in the squat rack.....is there a less annoying way for me to keep an eye out on tje rack without seeming like im trying to say....hey u done u done u done u done! ?!? But he was like....ok im done......an we took the weoghts off....together Then...... He was doing deads next to the rack an i was putting another plate.on both sides an taking off a 25lb plate from both He needed the 25.....so he took it down an put up the other 45 i needed.... It was u wasnt it? |
