wtf.. how is Deon, a CB, better than Troy? a strong safety? what exactly are you comparing here? and yes. If I'm starting a team and I pick from Deon, Troy, and Reed You better believe I am picking the only person out the three who has a complete game the person who puts up SUPERSTAR numbers in MULTIPLE defensive category ie tackles, INTs, Sacks, TFL, pass deflections or maybe he should jump over the center and destroy a play on 4th and goal for the tenth time this year |

word i understand striks pov because the skins are his squad
i would be hyping taylor too and he deserves hype, he was a talent for sure but is he a top 10 safety of all time? also polamalu is still thuggin. ed reed was god to me. and he is still the greatest safety of all time in my opinion. but comparing polamalu of today to ed reed of today is like comparing kimbo of today to baron mynd of today in a bar fight its unfair, and completely and utterly wrong. polamalu is an upgrade on at least 20 nfl teams RIGHT NOW at his position ed reed almost doesnt deserve a roster spot anywhere but word sean taylor was good while he was around. i love safeties that will pop people and he was pretty well rounded. but so was brian dawkins at one time, for example. the list goes on

art hasnt seen a steelers game this season im guessing
polamalu is a thug ed reeds been a bum the past 3 years i've been screamin it but no one listens. he gets a random pick and dudes like oh shit reedddddddddd. and i loved it too. what i didnt love was the insane number of missed tackles, and times he didnt even attempt to tackle cuz he is so soft now. i would rather put a punter back at safety than ed reed, if they didnt have to cover people. that punter would get more tackles than ed reed.

the fact that Troy is just way mor useful trumps it imo reed could only play for certain teams IMO I fully believe that no matter where Troy went he would have been still just as g |

strong safeties like polamalu gotta worry about run support and all of that. if reed played SS his career wouldve been shorter probably, and he'd just be another good safety but he played free safety, and is the prototype perfect free safety anyone could ever want. the reed of 5-6 years ago i mean. i couldnt say with confidence that polamalu is the best SS of all time but he is DEFINATELY in the discussion, and he is still adding to his legacy

i'd pick him up for second/third string FS just so he could tutor others. i wouldnt put him on the field at all. it sickened me watching him play his last two years in bmore. i would put polamalu out there tho right now.

polamalu grabs afc defensive player of the week honors
he isnt adding much tho lol he's forcing fumbles, he's getting sacks, he's got a pick. he's got over 50 tackles, watching him shut out hb's and te's in the flat is a thing of beauty honestly i hate that samoan fuck with the fury of a thousand honey badgers but you can't deny he is still solid as fuck if you do, you aint watching him play and just assuming he's falling off. or you are flat out trolling.
