RIP Sean Taylor

word i understand striks pov because the skins are his squad

i would be hyping taylor too

and he deserves hype, he was a talent for sure

but is he a top 10 safety of all time?

also polamalu is still thuggin. ed reed was god to me. and he is still the greatest safety of all time in my opinion. but comparing polamalu of today to ed reed of today is like comparing kimbo of today to baron mynd of today in a bar fight

its unfair, and completely and utterly wrong.

polamalu is an upgrade on at least 20 nfl teams RIGHT NOW at his position

ed reed almost doesnt deserve a roster spot anywhere

but word sean taylor was good while he was around. i love safeties that will pop people and he was pretty well rounded.

but so was brian dawkins at one time, for example. the list goes on

idk I personally think if reed was on some other squad that didn't allow him to simply sit back and play center field with no worries that he wouldn't have put those INT numbers up

think about man. yea he was a boss at it and should be in the HOF. but cmon, he was given those stats

he was a free safety tho. his job was to sit back and play centerfield. lol

strong safeties like polamalu gotta worry about run support and all of that. if reed played SS his career wouldve been shorter probably, and he'd just be another good safety

but he played free safety, and is the prototype perfect free safety anyone could ever want.

the reed of 5-6 years ago i mean.

i couldnt say with confidence that polamalu is the best SS of all time

but he is DEFINATELY in the discussion, and he is still adding to his legacy
