I haven't lived in my parents' house since I left for college, excusing two-month summer vacations during my freshman and sophomore years. I didn't come back for summers as a junior or senior, and I got a job halfway across the country when I graduated. Now I visit twice a year.

Moved out at 18. It's pretty usual over here, though. Few people actually stay at their parents' when they go to college. But then again, being a student is far cheaper here and you get a lot more financial aid, so of course, it's easier to have your own place.

Like should parents be held accountable to a degree for their children's actions?

Also do u contribute the heightened prevalence and in turn devastating effects of bullying to the cutting back of guidance/councleros in public school system?
