ya @Mr. J I would say if you and your opponent haven't agreed on an amount that you will both go over just go limitless . but I warn you , aint nobody reading a 100 line verse.

I mean, if you want to let your opponent write longer than 48 lines, you can say, "sure, go 60" or "sure, go 100" or "sure, go as long as you want" or "sure, go 52," even. Or you can reject the extra line request. That's all up to you.

I've seen many battles where one writer wrote twice as much as the other and still lost, though. Keep that in mind.

your verse was half done if I recall correctly you chose the route you took
