Man i smashed my melon like a week and a half ago and mangled my neck

Like the middle back left side of my neck has been fucked since. If i move left tor right right to left its stiff and feels like its almost got TORSION or something. In the sense that if i lean my head wrong while turnin something will snap

Ive concinced myself i broke my neck and am holding my head together through sheer will and determination

But lets say i didnt break it. Any tips on how to feel normal again

It was like a compression type injury, i ducked to run under a garage door but came up to soon and crunched my shit

Im getting old.
