In Franks defense, line limits are kind of ill-defined. If any limits are applicable word limits would be much more precise but individuals would probably not like that idea.

For example, what if Frank submitted with the following formatting instead;

"crab in the bucket
why you ducked kid
get up out of the bucket,
getting hit with a shovel until you dumb kid
you owe me a sandwhich for 365 luncheons
if there sand in the sandwhich
- I dumped it
meet me on union square, i'll throw dust in the blunt kid

Is a line a line like a single line of formatted text. Or is a line a complete sentence or something equivalent to a complete sentence?
