Both of you started off slow but finished really strong. Honestly, it comes down to the last three bars for each, and in my view, they were pretty much neck and neck. This one's tough. I have to go back and re-read both verses.

Done.

Okay, I think Saint edges it out by a slim margin. Regulator had the better finisher, but Saint's sequence of final lines just slightly landed better. It’s almost a draw. That’s just my take, though – it could really go either way

nice concept you didn't word this well enough to be an effective punch. harsher word choice like 'knock saint off' and introducing the angel/devil concept to a setup bar before the punch is one possible approach

this doesn't work for me, but still nice flow

Regulator had suicide mission, with the opener and devil standing bars being decent. You should work on your concepts and wordplay. If your bar doesn't have something thats clever or deliver a strong diss to your opponent it's not really effective in text battles. Also, you're not using your first bar to set up your punch. It's not a requirement to do, but it makes it easier to develop your concept so you can focus the second bar on an effective punchline. This is a notable difference between the verses in this battle.

Saint had the opener mostly, but eviction notice, botox, AAA were all notable as well. Didn't love all of the wordplay attempts but the verse was well constructed and you had a solid flow going throughout. enjoyed the read overall, seems like you know what you're doing.

Vote: Saint. Looking back punch by punch Saint didn't blow me away with anything, but he had a consistent level of quality. Enjoyed 1 bar from Reg, but he didn't have enough behind that to pull off the win.

Great idea (I think) but execution not quite there for me. “Make such an uproar” needed some clarity. Who is in uproar? If it’s the voters/general crowd, why does that lead to a do not disturb sign? I think the stronger angle and possibly what you intended was to continue on from the previous bar and be trying to say that me handing him a “top punch” had him so excited he needed to fap one out and hence the do not disturb. But in that case, “make such an uproar” wasn’t the right word choice. Maybe “got him so excited” instead.

This was closer than I thought it would be. Regulator had good ideas, and creative ideas. But Saint’s personal angles worked better than Reg’s more generic ones. And the roadside assistance bar was LOTB.
