i would buy mercenaries and ex military and create an elite fighting force and take over ohio. it would be renamed JAMESTATE and i would name myself emperor. no one would kill me because i would personally talk to every person in my populace. it would take like 3 months probably to have 5 minute conversations with everyone but they can all say they know me. there would be a babylonian court justice where basically its dont break the law or its death. none of my citizens would want for anything
