That was so much worse than "Hot Cheetos and Takis," their breakout song. They're really making these kids sell out before they get to high school now?
Anyway, the backstory is that these kids go to a Minneapolis school with a program designed to stimulate their artistic pursuits and keep them off the streets. It worked.

lol, i just seen that on the tv a few days ago for the kmart commercial (and now ive seen it like 10x since,) never heard/knew the backstory or prior songs @Certain Serpent
but word thats a dope idea for urban school to hinder truancy. but im sure the school is making a cut of profits for future/current funding its still kinda altruistic tho, but an ins an in. also @Philly bc i know ur his mentor. = D |
