So after 2 days of nothing but water & ginger ale, I managed to hold down half a pack of Ramen & some oatmeal cookies yesterday

Looking to go for the gold today, even if it comes back up

but in all seriousness ---- the first time i ever did a 3 day fast, I fucked up and went real big....

The second time i did it though --- I had a delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a glass of milk... and it was unrivaled.
