..ive decided im.gonna give serious effort toward quitting the ciggs. Also gonna start my callistetic routine back up and perhaps even start competing here again for old time sakes. Been getting an itch to audio shit also. Idk. Easy to say but never happens. Well see though. Im steady climbing towards a cleaner and more positive mind body and soul.. Lets see what it do.
