In 16 pages worth of court documents, investigators point toward information they say supports evidence that the shooting took place inside of the car Melly and the victims were in instead of outside of it. They say it wasn’t a drive-by. Investigators say YNW Melly and his associate YNW Bortlen “exited the vehicle” they were in during the shooting and shot it from the outside to create the appearance of a drive-by shooting."

Mellly going away for life. Key take aways: bullet trajectory was inconsistent with the story they told + stippling that only happens with close range. thats when your skin is burned from the heat of the gun. also the bullets came from the left side, but the car was shot up on the right side

ALSO, his cell phone told the whole story. they got the cell phone tower records, shows him riding around with the dead bodies for 30 mins while he thinks up a story
