good will hunting is probably my favorite movie ever. Also the one I've seen the most. That and Tombstone. But I don't think i've ever watched a movie "for" inspiration.

Straight up... no movie on this earth makes me wanna rap more than 8 Mile. LOL I know that's corny and shit and whatever, but that shit initially made me wanna get into the shit in the first place so....
But yeah, INSPIRATION was the word. If this was a favorite movie thread I'd be here all day. But I'm really surprised no one's mentioned Finding Forrester yet, that should be any writer's go to movie really. uhhhmmmm... Inspiration about LIFE or just inspiration for writing? Cuz inspiring LIFE movies are like The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (don't sleep on this shit if u ain't seen it. i think i need to watch this shit today matter of fact) Hector and the Search for Happiness - this movie gets me every time. I swear, anyone with anxiety issues or depression NEEDS to watch this shit. lol... and y'all really gonna give it to me on this shit. But the first Captain America gets me hyped. I could watch the first half of that movie over and over. Just the part about the little dude wanting to get up and do everything whatever all the "NORMAL" kids were doing gets me. |
