I did this because I was feeling like shit all the time, always tired and whatnot...and I complained about it to my girlfriend...and she not very gently pointed out that she had never seen me eat a vegetable the entire time we had been together, and fruit maybe twice, and called me an idiot and other variants of that sentiment.

This happened about 6 months ago but I didn't immediately start to eat vegetables, because fuck you I'll live how I want, so I waited a few months and then did it so she wouldn't think I listened to her advice.
