There will be no psychological concept of gender identification if you raise your child right. Being refused to play with shit ''no, you're a boy, you play with this shit'' creates more confusion than you'll probably ever agree with. Why? I'll tell you why.

A kid aint judgmental until you learn it to be. All a kid knows is what it likes and what it doesn't like. This boils down to the same arguement I make for people that agrees with slapping/hitting the child to make it understand the difference between right/wrong. It will NEVER understand why he can't play with a certain toy or what he did wrong unless it's explained to him why and he sincerely understands it. Just saying ''no'' doesnt work, and saying ''no'' to something that doesn't really have a real answer to begin with (playing with girls toys) will confuse the child. He'll nod and say he understands, but in actuality he doesn't. He just understands he can't play with it cuz he got a dick.

Now, if you can properly explain to a child why he can't play with gender specific toys without making him somewhat judgmental towards other kids that do; Good luck man, I salute you.

Half of the time I raised myself. Aint going to go into details about my childhood as it would detract from the debate and have nothing to do with it. This isn't the time for psyche evaluations of a persons opinion on a specific topic. Stick to the debate. But truth be told; I've worked in a daycare a few years, been to several presentations about the psychology in kids, group psychology and psyche development throughout childhood years along with a few presentations on gender specific toys and what sort of impact they do on kids.
