Squat was at 315 last time I tried, I'm sure it increased by now though. I hate maxing out in squat though, back pain is no fun.

Naw man. Football training. we have weight lifting year round at 6:30 every morning, plus Im a lineman and skinny as fuck so I have to overcompensate for sucky upper body strength.

That is not nearly as good compared to my friends though. Some of those dudes squat past 500. One kid weighs like 140 and got 500 up. Ass all the way down too, no bullshit.

I fucked it up 5 yrs ago doing incline bench felt a twinge go up and down my entire left arm. I was like 19 doing 185x8 bench at the time and have since stopped all freeweight exercises. I did buy an elbow health package and grippers from iron mind though because that can mitigate or completely eliminate elbow pain by re-strengthening the tendons if exercises r followed diligently. Like bands and an EEG ball and shit to grip. Will update on status of elbow but for now I just started doing a lil dumbbell work again and running. Gonna holla @ some HIIT and when my arm's back up to shape hit freeweights again

I was in powerlifting and football and I hated to see stupid motherfuckers put like 700 pounds on the bar, squat half an inch and then rack it and act like they're god because they just "squatted" 700 lbs.
But I hated working legs so my squats were shit compared to my bench and deadlift in powerlifting. I weighed 220 in high school and could bench 375 for my max, but could only squat and deadlift around 400 or so which is why I lost most competitions but my bench always won.
And btw cake you know your shit about working out forreal. You must read Flex everyday while you shit.
