Oh and @anthony
Idk what my body fat percent is, but it is greater than 10 because my abs don't just shred. I am ok with that by the way. I don't have a belly. @Calisthenics.... adopt my "nickels and dimes" workout and talk ish then. do one set of 5 pullups then 5 dips then 10 pushups in a circuit. Then do that 20 times. Let me know cuz.

Good answer. Then trust me on this: Exercise is just as much mental as physical. When you think you are done, you are only at 40 percent. Keep pushing. do calisthenics, yoga, tai chi too.
