It should be noted that back in late 2008, this billy 12 sock puppet was devised as a personification of the average NCG boarder; a feeble minded creature with low IQ and a complete disregard of primary level grammar/punctuation, yielding nothing more than the ability and talents associated with the average 12 year old child (i.e; complain, cry, eat, shit). Each and every post billy 12 creates (whilst in character) is done so only in an effort to mirror the underlying idiocy he finds himself helplessly submerged in, whilst simultaneously attempting to provide indirect mockery towards it's prevalence.

billy 12's constant public display of fascination and obsession over text-battling all-time greats such as Resin M-I-C, Rudge1 and Mudfoot create the perfect analogy of the overwhelming ubiquity of testicle-strapping, cock-riding, bandwagon cultured sub-par voters towards any veteran with more than 3 accomplishments and mod powers.

Over the years, in my distress relating to the failure of any hint of realization by my fellow NCGs of the gravity of the situation, I have tried diligently to convince myself of a brighter and more intellectually-driven Netcee's community. My optimism was short lived. Even after it's monumental fall and recent resurrection, we seem to have spontaneously picked up from where we left off only to further devolve and become an overpowered, degraded, parasitic version of our former self. Each day we witness the same individuals engaging in the same form of nonsensical verbal conflict contributing to this overall plague of incompetence, suffocating the board of any shred or inkling of dignity and integrity it once had.

Any thread created to display even the most minute forms of maturity with undertones of respect, honor and sincerity are promptly contaminated with the filth and verbal vileness from this next generation of useless, inadequate, insufficient failtrolls and pr0-fagg0ts of the lowest level of anti-r0flz.

I have yet to be impressed by any of you, new or old, regarding the quality of threads and posts I should expect to see when I log on.

I would like to express plethoric gratitude towards the follow members for, in the very least, attempting to construct meaningful, productive posts/threads for the sake of those who would also like to visualize sentences in a legible format, and helping me come to terms, understand and withstand the absurdity that riddles this prime-desolate, forsaken place.
