I lost my job because I filmed someone jerking off in the bathroom and reported it. Like wtf? Fucked up situation man.

I was in complete shock the entire meeting man. Of course confidentiality one had to be pulled in to the HRD's office at a time. Like I didn't even know what to say to either.

Honestly, I would have left it alone.

And I had to tell him, regardless of termination I explained the social media policy and also informed the dude he can potentially be sued man if he did post the video to social media... Even tho nothing restricts someone from taking video or voice recording in a public facility. This so happens to be privately owned property tho, so IDK... There are always legal avenues to explore with attorneys tbh... I'm sure they will find some kind of loop hole in the labor laws LOL...
