Honestly, I would have left it alone.

Never knew anyone to wack off while working even tho on the radio like a week ago some weird conversation on the topic stated some random statistics of 43% of adults wack off at work which I did not believe and found odd.

But yea, I would have left it alone - why bother to approach a dude beating his dick in a stall while taking a shit or pretending to take a shit? Who knows man... There are privacy laws that protect people in restrooms. So IDK how well thats going to play for the person that took the video but we did not mention his name due to confidentiality. (I'm sure the other dude will figure it out one way or another. Word gets around quick, here) We have to respect his rights, tho as a NYS employee man... Thank god we are an at will state because if not - IDK how I would have pulled that one off on some type of sexual harassment violation lol.

And I had to tell him, regardless of termination I explained the social media policy and also informed the dude he can potentially be sued man if he did post the video to social media... Even tho nothing restricts someone from taking video or voice recording in a public facility. This so happens to be privately owned property tho, so IDK... There are always legal avenues to explore with attorneys tbh... I'm sure they will find some kind of loop hole in the labor laws LOL...
