Gow, by being on probation u have to maintain a current address. If u get evicted from that address for any reason that's unlawful (ie: noise complaint, curfew... Anything that legally opposes ur probation stipulations) they have the right to violate u.. More often then not, u gett off w a warning... But my landlords a bitch n I prefer not to make waves if they r not needed.
