Hollow was talking about how Tsu Surf was terrified in Detroit Michigan. Chris Webber played for Michigan University and was part of a group called The Fab 5 and most of them went on to play in the NBA. Anyway, Michigan was playing North Carolina and the game was close. Chris Webber made the mistake of calling a timeout when his team had no more timeouts which is a technical penalty. North Carolina went on to shoot free throw and win the game bc of C Webs timeout call. Hollow said Tsu's time out (there) in Michigan was as regrettable.
