Not running and something fatal happening is different though.

Just because the same thing was suppose to happen doesn't mean it does.

What if, going back to original example, you cut the grassand as you're going you see a golf ball and you pick it up.

What if the guy you paid doesn't see it. He runs it over and it shoots out of the mower, hits someone in the head, they get a massive blood clot and die?

The grass might be cut in both ways but not everything is the same.

In one situation no one dies, in the other someone does.
