I don’t think PR is where you’re thinking of, FYI

The homesite of 3PA / Three-Planes-Aligned is the one I think you’re thinking of, which had a green looking skin and it was a foreign board IIRC ? HipHop something.

It had a lot of PR type guys involved though, 3PA, Richard Corey etc
