This was ok to me. Just felt a bit too off-key, and normally that ain't a problem, but I found it hard to vibe. I'm not sure about the beards-something-line before it, but this:

Cause I never been arrested, never been neglected
Medicine was present when my head was in distress this
Is Real Shit.

this was tight. But then it fell off right afterward. You probably didn't put much effort into this piece. It was ok to me.
