A few points here

1) It's not possible that you read any RR title battles from this year because there haven't been any title battles this year. There haven't really been any text battles at ALL this year, and there were very few last year. RR is dead and has been for some time now

2) From a quote you had cited in this context on discord in the past, it was from Potensy. Potensy is not, nor has he ever been considered remotely good by anyone notable in the RR community. You cannot find one post anywhere listing potensy in a top 5 or even a top 25 list. The quote I'm referring to comes from Aloe, which to my understanding IS considered a top tier member of UPN. He has consistently found himself in the finals of multiple leagues and tournaments.

So unless I'm incorrect, I'm quoting a guy who is considered to be at a top tier level by most UPN vets. You're quoting a guy who is viewed by the entire RR community as a couple notches above ouch.

3) I'm not claiming, nor have I ever claimed that RR is the mecca of text. That is a very key difference in this debate here. There's like maybe 4 people on RR that I think are genuinely good and none of them have been battling over the last 3 years.

there's not one line in this entire thing that's clever, even by 2009 standards. Was this like a 15 minute keystyle pic-battle type of thing? If so, I can understand that
