While you could argue unequal treatment, sure I’d agree for some cases but definitely not all.

White people committed genocide against the entire Native American race, and surprisingly few of them went to jail

White people enslaved Africans for over 200 years, 2 million of them died before even reaching land. They whipped them, broke up their families, and in some cases raped the women and sold their own children into slavery
