The vaccines do reduce the risk of contracting the virus. I haven’t done any research to either confirm nor deny that they make it less likely for hospitalizations or severe cases if you do contract covid.

If applicable, What was the date of her second dose, or if the one-shot j&j vaccine what was the date of her only dose?
What date did she get covid?
How was she diagnosed with covid? (Rapid testing, pcr, self-diagnosed)
How many times did she test positive for covid? (Not including any times she may have tested positive before the vaccine)
What were her symptoms?

Was your father vaccinated?
If yes, the same 6 questions


Literally all of these questions need to be answered before you can even claim that you have anecdotal evidence, which is still just the rare case that is inevitably going to happen when the vaccine is 90-95% effective. That 5-10% is going to play a bigger role when you’re referring to over 100 million people
